An initial comprehensive assessment which includes a whole person assessment and analysis of general physical health, lifestyle, fitness, and psychological stressors. Comprehensive recommendations are made based on these results and a plan is formulated to optimize your healthiest, most grounded and authentic self.

  • Monthly check in sessions to follow up on your lifestyle plan.
  • Up to six physician visits per year, including two house calls.
  • Express care, cutting out longer wait times to be seen.
  • Fifteen percent discount on all procedures or imaging studies
  • More access to your physician outside of office hours.
